APM aims to ignite dormant creativity in readership. Our pages invite the democratization of art consumption and creation. Anyone can put on their Artypants.
APM shares the people and processes behind creative works. We weave creative prompts into each issue, inspiring and activating impactful action that promotes more artful ways of life.
Our community includes New England artists, writers, designers, and socially conscious, art-curious readers. We welcome people who want to discover art and make room for creativity in their everyday lives. We create evergreen content that invites reflection beyond a news cycle. Our open call welcomes emerging and established creatives across the region, with an interest in making space for different experiences and perspectives and building connections between artists and the communities around them.
We have held four art exhibitions that bring the community together, showcase art, and champion print revitalization. These gatherings extend the connections made through our pages, support advertising revenue, and create opportunities to experience the work in person and meet the creatives behind it.

This print project is inspired by the magazine stacks of your past and a desire to provide a tangible paper to New England readers.
Artypants is design-forward. Each page showcases a story or artwork in a way that honors the analog experience. We value something you can hold, spend time with, return to, and share. Our design team engages with print as a medium, curating themes and shaping how the work lives on the page. Collaboration connects us with great artists in New England and gives us opportunities to share expertise, amplifying everyone who touches the print project.

Amplify New England Artists
Artypants is an independent print publication amplifying New England creatives. We currently print one issue annually while supporting others in bringing creative publications to life.
Founded in 2023, we've amplified the work of over 150 creatives.
Based in Rockland, Massachusetts, we reach across New England through a Call for Art, inviting creatives from across the region to contribute. Artypants brings artists and designers into conversation through a shared theme. Our first four issues—Respond to Your Calling, Summer Places, Labyrinth, and Double Life—offer different entry points into creative lives.
