Apply for Issue 04

Submit by midnight on March 14, 2026 to be considered for Issue 04:

DOUBLE LIFE

We’re exploring duality, contradiction, and transformation—the spaces where more than one truth lives at once.

  • The visible and the hidden

  • Logic and intuition

  • Strength and softness

  • Precision and mess

  • Exposure and concealment

  • Hidden roles, alter egos, private practices, secret selves

  • Work and play; output and restoration

  • Survival and joy; discipline and drift

Your work may speak to one tension or move across many.

We’re interested in art that asks:

Who are you when no one is looking?

What if transformation is the point?

  • Much of our impact comes from the generous sharing of participating artists and the support of our ad partners. When your work is featured, you become part of how new readers discover the magazine and the creative community within it.

Accepted artists for Issue 04 are expected to share their involvement across their networks—in a way that feels authentic to your own voice and style. We ask for promotion at two key moments:

    1. when you’re notified of acceptance, and

    2. when the magazine is released.

To make this easy and enjoyable, Artypants will provide a media kit with images and suggested language. Use it as inspiration, adapt it, or share in your own way—there’s no requirement to post exactly what we provide.

Participation expectations are outlined in the application, but at heart it’s simple: helping spread the word helps your work travel farther—and helps Artypants continue amplifying artists like you.
